We had an exceptional stay at this place! the apartments were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and the convenience of having a Mercadona nearby. the beds were super comfortable, and we enjoyed the large terrace with panoramic views. the hosts, Denis and Santa, were amazing and always available to help with any requests or questions we had. We also appreciated the private underground garage and access to the pools in the beautifully landscaped garden.

Honestly, I can't think of a single bad thing to say about our experience. Maybe some people would consider the walk uphill to downtown or the beach a downside, but we saw it as a good workout and it was easy to get a taxi if needed.

I always come back to this place. Friendly staff helped me with a taxi on my first stay. It suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, parking, air conditioning, and a kitchen with all amenities. The outdoor swimming pool is great. I'm coming back for Christmas.

We got great value for our money at Residencial Playa De La Arena. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby, and the staff treated us with kindness and professionalism.

The location of the property is very convenient, with a large supermarket just a short walk away. It's great to have access to all the amenities and shops close by. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful sea view from the terrace. The hosts were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We couldn't ask for more in terms of the room and facilities.

The only downside was that the soundproofing in the building itself could be improved, as we could sometimes hear noise from other guests.

While some may enjoy it, personally, I found the microwave in the kitchen to be unnecessary.
